Bluesunpower is a trade service that delivers products directly to the user's desired address.

Missed Call Consent:
By providing a missed call/calling for an order on any number published by Bluesunpower, the user consents to receiving calls, messages, and any other communication from Bluesunpower Pvt Ltd for promotional and telemarketing purposes for up to one week.

Order Placement & Delivery:
Bluesunpower accepts orders every day of the week. Users will receive deliveries on the next day following the order placement, as products are sourced from the procurement center and delivered directly to the user.

Minimum Order Value & Shipping Charges:
There is a minimum order value of Rs. 200. Orders worth Rs. 200 or above will not incur delivery charges. In special cases, where the order value is below Rs. 200, a shipping charge of Rs. 40 will be applied.

Pricing:
Bluesunpower updates prices daily. The price displayed on the website at the time of placing an order will be the amount charged to the user.

Invoice Corrections:
In the unlikely event of a wrong invoice generation due to any reason, Bluesunpower Pvt Ltd reserves the right to issue a corrected invoice with the revised amount, which shall be payable by the user.

Quantity Variation:
At times, it may be challenging to provide exact quantities as per the order, resulting in a variation of up to 5% either higher or lower than the ordered quantity. The user agrees to pay the final amount as per the corrected invoice. While Bluesunpower strives to deliver the exact quantity ordered, a slight variation may occur.

Product Availability & Quality:
If a product is unavailable or of subpar quality, it will not be delivered, and the invoice will be adjusted accordingly. Bluesunpower reserves the right to make such decisions. The images on the website are for demonstration purposes only and may differ in size, color, weight, or appearance. However, Bluesunpower assures the best possible quality in its products.

Delivery Timing:
All orders placed before 11 PM will be delivered on the next day or according to the chosen delivery date.
